We're excited to welcome guests and members back to the Zoo.
Dates are currently available through Labor Day. We appreciate your patience as we move through additional phases of the state’s reopening plan.
All guests and members must obtain a timed ticket in advance. Can’t come on the day you have reserved? No problem. Tickets are good for up to a year from the date of purchase. If you are unable to use them on your reserved day, you can simply come on another day and exchange them at our box office and pay any price difference. Please note that the reserved date is the only guaranteed time to get in. If the zoo is filled to capacity on the alternate day, you may have to wait for an open slot.

Tickets are free for members - enter your membership details during checkout.
In following Mayor Hogsett’s guidelines, guests and members must have a mask with them upon entering the Zoo. Visitors are required to wear a face covering to enter all buildings including restrooms. In addition, the Zoo will require masks to enter the aviaries, participate in interactions at Tembo Camp, Giraffe Feeds, Flamingo Feeds and Flamingo Mingle as social distancing is not possible at these activities. Masks are required to be worn in outdoor areas where social distancing of 6ft is not possible. Masks are for sale for $1 at the front gate.
